Jumping on the Bandwagon

Yeah, I know I’m way late to the party, but now I’m all in. After hearing repeatedly how I need to check out Game of Thrones (the book and the show), I added it to my “to do” list for the future. But my friend decided to send me the set of the first four books, and I decided to read a few pages to see what the fuss was about. Now it’s become one of those books that I can’t wait to get back to and spend time I really don’t have reading. I’m going to wait until I finish the book before watching the show, but I’m already getting impatient.

One Response to “Jumping on the Bandwagon”

  1. I absolutely am in love with these books and I loved the series. I’m about halfway through Feast For Crows (book 4). I am so surprised by how much I like the books since I’m less a fan of fantasy and more a fan of sci fi and mysteries/thrillers.

I talk about themes and characters in the books all the time. I have not been so engrossed in a series since Stephen King’s Dark Tower books.
